Multi smoke dampers (MSD) are shutters used in smoke exhaust duct systems. Their primary function is to effectively remove smoke, heat, and combustion products from affected fire compartments. In the event of a fire, the smoke and fire ventilation system opens the damper in the affected section to quickly remove harmful substances. The dampers are fire resistant, designed for systems with automatic activation, and can be installed in fire compartment constructions.
