Available diameters between 80 and 1600 mm, manufactured from galvanized sheet, stainless steel and aluminum. Bends, T-pieces, reducers, couplings and end caps are manufactured in two versions: without seals, and with double-lip EPDM seal, that ensures airtightness class „D” according to EN 12237 (certified by SP Certifiering).
The assortment can be installed on round or square ventilation ducts. It includes both elements connected directly to the duct: clamping rings, channels, perforated suspension tape, screws, and also sleeves, anchors, bars fixed to walls, ceilings, or support steel frames.
The installation accessories system based on LDB profiles with a full set of profile connection elements under different angles allows to prepare duct fixtures tailored to each individual interior. Alnor offers also the ST-ROF system - it includes top quality feet and supports for ventilation, air conditioning and cooling system components.
Constitutes a full set of construction elements for square ventilation ducts, including profiles, elbows or reinforcements for square ducts. Additionally, it includes a number of components for round prefabricated elements such as damper mechanisms, steel sleeves for roof ends, or sealant mass and aerosol zinc.
Includes grilles for square and round ducts, intake ventilators long-range nozzles, ventilation valves. Additional equipment are plenum boxes and couplings for the offered elements. The offer also includes aluminum or chrome nickel sheet external intakes or exhausts.
Our selection of flexible ducts is manufactured from aluminum sheet or acid resistant sheet with diameter from 80 to 800 mm. Depending on type, they are heat resistant up to 250oC, have 25 or 50 mm thermal insulation as well as internal peroration acting like an acoustic suppressor. Most ducts are available in 10 meter sections in cardboard packaging.
Available for square and round connections, as tight, adjusting and return dampers. Available closing mechanism types are: single blade, multi-blade lamellar or a lens mechanism. Each damper can be equipped with a manual operating mechanism allowing for insulation, or adaptation for servo-motor installation.
Include full assortment of insulation tapes: aluminum, repair and metalized; glass or stone insulation for ducts, acting both as acoustic and thermal insulation. We recommend nails to install the insulation: adhesive, welded or for welding through insulation.
Include bends, caps, flanges, clamps and access doors, as well as full assortment of inspection hatches. Hatches are made of galvanized sheet, aluminum or acid resistant steel for ducts between 80 and 1600 mm in diameter, as well as square ducts with maximum hatch size being 700x500 mm. It is possible to manufacture hatches for insulated ducts, as well as with high temperature insulation +400oC.
The ALNOR duct filters complement ventilation ductwork systems. A wide range of types and versions allows adapting the filter solution to virtually all design requirements. All round duct filters and box connection styles match the SPIRAL®system round fittings. Square duct filters need to be adjusted to the dimensions of the existing ductwork and fittings. Other sizes are shown in the tables and specifications in the individual Product Data Sheets.
Filters prevent contaminants from flowing with the air supplied into rooms and ventilation ductwork. This helps operate a ventilation system which provides air treated to high hygiene standards while improving the service life of ventilation equipment. The filter elements are easy to replace both in round and square duct filters, providing superior convenience of operation and servicing.
These include round and square pocket duct filters as well as caisson filters in diameters between 100 and 500 mm, and sizes from 200x200 to 1400x1400mm. Additional components include ventilation devices such as severmotors for dampers or desmoking hatches as well as radial duct ventilators, diameter between 100 to 315 mm.
Available for square or round connection manufactured from galvanized sheet or acid resistant steel. Includes roof fixtures, pedestals, intakes and exhausts with diameters from 100 to 800 mm, and sizes from 200x200 to 2500x2500mm. Components are connected via FLS flanges and can be adjusted for roof slope.
Manufactured from galvanized sheet, stainless steel and aluminum, thickness between 0.5 and 1,1 mm., sizes from 200x200 to 2500x2500 mm. Also available in internally or externally insulated versions with any coating type, as well as with any flange profile type: PQ-20, PQ-30 or PQ-40.
Pre-insulated ducts and fittings, used inside and outside, are called IZOL®system. IZOL®system consists of inside and outside galvanised cover, and rock wool in the middle. Nominal dimension of diameter 100 -500 mm always defines inside ducts diameters and fittings diameters.
The EPP ducts and fittings are connected using a female coupling which is supplied to each element. Each coupling has double <fold>, similar to double seals in the SPIRAL® System, thanks to which the system achieves airtightness class C (according to EN 12237).
