The flexible duct is made of aluminum-polyester foil, reinforced with spirally wound steel wire, which stiffens the duct and gives it the appropriate shape. It is recommended for ventilation systems where flexible connection of elements is necessary, as well as high temperature resistance up to +250°C. Most often connected to plenum boxes or ventilation valves, especially in exhaust installations where thermal or acoustic insulation is not required.
