Flexible air ducts are made of 45 to 70 microns thick aluminium foil reinforced with spirally wound steel wire.They are available in diameters range 80 to 800 mm in 10 meters long sections which are pressed to 60 cm.
There are following types of flexible ducts:
Aluduct AD-L - 45 microns thick duct designed for ventilation, thermal resistance +140°C.
Aluduct AD-3 - 70 microns thick duct designed for ventilation, thermal resistance +250°C.
Aluduct HY AD-L - antibacteria, 45 microns thick duct designed for ventilation, thermal resistance +140°C. Silver particles on its internal layer catch bacteria and microbes.
Aluduct HY-AD-L is recommended mainly for persons suffering from allergy.
