The FDA2-12 round fire dampers are designed for use in
general ventilation systems to seal off smoke and fire between
adjacent fire partitions.
The fire dampers are classified according to EN 13501-3+A1:2010P
(Fire classification of construction products and building
elements). The fire resistance was tested as per PN-EN 1366-
2:2015 (Fire resistance tests for service installations — Part 2:
Fire dampers). The entire manufacturing process meets the
requirements of EN 15650:2010.
The FDA2-12 fire dampers can be installed in horizontal and
vertical fire partitions to provide fire resistance of EI 120
(ve ho i↔o) S (which may depend on the actual fire resistance
of the partition).

The shut-off dampers in question have been classified in accordance with the procedures included in PN-EN 13501-3+A1:2010P (fire classification of construction products and building elements). The fire tests have been carried out in
accordance with PN-EN 1366-2:2001P (Fire resistance tests for service installations - Part 2: Fire dampers). All the production activities are in conformance with PN-EN 15650:2010.
The FDA-12 shut-off dampers may be used in vertical and building partitions, ensuring the fire rating of EI 120 ( ve ho i <-> o ) S (depending on the fire rating class of the building partition)

Fire dampers are shutters in ducts of air-conditioning devices that prevent spreading
the fire and combustion products from one fire segment to the other one by means
of closing the duct in the points of fire separating constructions.

Dampers blade automatically closes air duct using a shutting spring or
an actuating mechanism back spring. Closing spring is released either by pushing
of the button or by thermal fuse.The back spring of the actuating mechanism is started
when the thermoelectrical starting mechanism BAT is activated, when a reset button on
BAT is pushed or when a power supply of the actuating mechanism is stopped.

The fire damper is sealed with a silicon packing against smoke penetration after
closing the blade. At the same time, the damper blade is bedded in a material which
enlarges its capacity and air proofs the air duct.

Fire damper EIS 60

Fire dampers are shutters in ducts of air-conditioning devices that prevent spreading
the fire and combustion products from one fire segment to the other one by means
of closing the duct in the points of fire separating constructions.

The damper blade automatically closes the air duct using a shutting spring or
an actuating mechanism of back spring. The shutting spring is activated by pressing
the start button or by the impulse from the thermal fuse. The back spring of
the actuating mechanism is started when the thermoelectric starting mechanism BAT
is activated, when the reset button on BAT is pressed or when the power supply to
the actuating mechanism is stopped.

After closing the blade, the damper is sealed with a silicon packing against smoke
penetration. The damper can be delivered with a seal without silicone at
the customer's wish. At the same time, the damper blade is embedded in a material which enlarges its volume due to increasing temperature and hermetically seals the air duct. The dampers have one inspection hole, as the shutting device and the inspection hole can be set to the most advantageous position with respect to operation and handling of the control device by turning the damper a little in case of the spiro model of the dampers.
