Flat segmented reducers have end caps with a port of a smaller diameter than the flat body diameter. They are most often used for building ventilation duct penetrations in floor partitions.
Concentric reducers can be installed as silencer dips or used for capping SPRPI ducts to build duct silencers as much as 3 metre long.
