Neither end is provided with a gasket. The larger end is female sized to fit over other male fittings. The small end has a safe edge as a result of the hemmed rim.
This piece is perfect for heat recovery systems and mechanical ventilation systems. Standard nominal diameters up to DN 315 mm are available for pressed pieces at a lower price and with an improved finish.
