FSBQL duct filters can be used to filter air in round ductwork, including spiral wound ducting. We offer 11 different diameters to meet all requirements. It is also possible to order the filter element as a frame filter FSBQ-I or as a folded filter FSBQ-W with a filter mat protected by a galvanised steel mesh.
A key feature of the duct-mounted filter box is that it is quick and easy to install, saving time and providing easy access for any maintenance. The EPDM gasket ensures a sealed and durable connection between the air-tight system components. There are no leakage areas as the installation is clean and neat, so it can be used anywhere on low and medium pressure ductwork.
FSBQL is ideal for residential and commercial applications including homes, offices, schools, hospitals and other indoor spaces where effective air filtration is required. Duct mounted filter boxes will significantly improve indoor air quality. The FSBQL duct filters are available with two alternative filter grades.
Typically, an EU3 filter would be used for pre-filtration, so the filter will be effective against larger pollen (>85%) and larger airborne dust, but will have limited effectiveness against dust and black carbon particles.
EU5 panel filters are more effective against pollen and finer airborne dust, with a noticeable effect on smoke. They are often used in sports halls, department and food stores, schools or hotels.
