Air Volume Regulators for the Ventilation System

Variable Air Volume Controllers in Alnor's offer:

  • high air flow measurement accuracy (also applies when the regulator is installed in locations with a high disturbance in the air flow, e.g. duct sections behind bends, tees, etc.),
  • the insulation rating of the adjusting damper is class 4 as per EN-1751:1998 EN-1751:1998,
  • casing tightness is class C as per EN-1751:1998,
  • the damper is compatible with spiral duct regulating components, which have an insulation class “D” certificate according to SITAC,
  • operating temperature range from 0 to 50oC,
  • differential pressure range from 0 to 600 Pa,
  • possibility to measure current air flow parameters using external micromanometers.

BIM - Effective design of ventilation systems

We successfully converted the wide range of round ventilation ducts and fittings into a BIM ventilation library:

  • 5 material versions - galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet - 304, stainless steel sheet - 316L, aluminium sheet, copper sheet,
  • 5 language versions: PL, EN, DE, RU, FR,
  • selection of the system with a gasket and without a gasket,
  • drawing of the system ”along the line” with automatic supplementation of fittings,
  • the geometry of the fittings ensures the proper drawing of the insulation in the REVIT environment.

Noise in the ductwork? Anti-vibration Flexible duct connectors

A wide range of anti-vibration flexible duct connectors in Alnor's offer:

  • circular flexible duct connector without seals - ILA- and with seals ILA-NSL,
  • circular flexible duct connectors with steel flanges - ILA-K
  • set consisting of flexible connector sleeve and two clamps - ILA-TK,
  • rectangular flexible duct connectors - QILA,
  • flexible duct connectors were heat treated and tested at 400°C for 2 hours (PU and HI-T materials).
