Order Confirmation

How is the order confirmed?

1. When you place an order, our system will send an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address you provide.

2. In the next email, the Customer Service confirms the availability, production date and estimated volume of the order [needed to arrange a shipment].

3. It is possible to change the order within 24 hours. Lack of response is tantamount to the acceptance of the order.

What should I do if I need goods delivered faster than confirmed?

We offer an Express service - but only for the product that we manufacture ourselves - production within 24, 48, or 72 hours - for an additional fee. If you wish to take advantage of Express service, notify the Salesperson, who will determine if it can be arranged.
