The F..-BPL series represents a line of pressed ventilation elbows that are factory-insulated with rubber foam. These bends are an essential component of the FOAM System, offering a solution for routing ductwork in complex installations, particularly where subsequent on-site insulation is either challenging or impossible. They are perfectly fit for any duct air-conditioning system utilising 9 mm to 25 mm insulation thickness, ensuring thermal consistency across the entire run.
To provide maximum flexibility for installers and architects, the F..-BPL bends are available in two standard angles and three distinct configurations, based on the radius and end type.
Each bend is pre-insulated with a fixed rubber mat of closed-cell synthetic rubber foam. The base material of the bend shell is selected based on the ductwork requirements for corrosion resistance and environment.
