  • High-Capacity Airflow: Capable of delivering up to 261 CFM (123 L/s) supply air at 0.4 inch w.g. (100 Pa) external static pressure, suitable for larger service areas.
  • EC Motor Technology: Features high-efficiency EC centrifugal fans with backward curved blades, ensuring high volume airflow with minimized electrical consumption.
  • Certified Reliability: Performance tested according to the stringent CSA C439-18 standard and HVI Certified, confirming its technical capabilities.

The advanced PCB enables versatile control methods—both wired and wireless—and employs robust strategies to ensure balanced ventilation remains operational even in severe winter conditions.

Connectivity and Smart Ventilation

  • Wired/Wireless Control: Units can be operated via an advanced wired control panel (e.g., HRQ-BUT-LCD-P5) or remotely through the built-in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module using a dedicated mobile application (Android, iOS) or cloud service.
  • Demand-Controlled (AUTO) Mode: Optimized for energy efficiency with the optional external CO2 or RH sensor (HRQ-SENS-CO2RH-P). The unit automatically adjusts fan speed based on ambient air quality measurements, ventilating only when necessary.
  • Time-Based Functions: Supports scheduled operation with four core speeds (PAUSE, LOW, MEDIUM, HOME) and programmable time modes (EXIT, PARTY, AIRING).

Three Available Defrosting Strategies

Continuous, balanced operation during frost conditions is ensured by selecting one of three available frost protection systems:

  1. Recirculation System: The most powerful defense, capable of operation down to -25 degC by temporarily redirecting exhaust air to the intake.
  2. External Electric Preheater: An optional round duct heater (HRQ-HDE-CO1-P) provides balanced flow continuity below -3 degC.
  3. Fan Unbalance: Reduces the supply fan speed to prevent freezing, suitable for temperatures between -3 degC and +1 degC.
