The HRU-FlatAIR-X-80 series are flush-mounted units with a capacity of 80 m3/h @100 Pa. A plastic (PET) counterflow heat exchanger is responsible for heat recovery. The air handling unit is designed for studios and smaller flats, both as a central and local unit. The unique design of the interchangeable spigots allows for standard installation with Ø100mm ducts or direct connection of Ø75mm semi-rigid ducts, 4 per supply and exhaust. This solution makes it possible to dispense with manifolds, saving space and reducing installation costs. Furthermore, the supply and extract ducts can be connected on 3 sides, creating versatile options for both flush and surface mounting.
A built-in electric heater protects the exchanger from freezing and an RH sensor ensures optimum humidity levels in the home. The HRU-FlatAIR-X air unit can be connected to the internet and controlled using a mobile app. The recuperator is made of self-supporting EPP construction, which is characterised by its strength, lightness as well as very good thermal and acoustic insulation.
