We are pleased to announce the expansion of the Alnor lineup with a new version of the FLX-EPP-R-90 series distribution boxes, designed for use with semi-rigid ventilation ducts with a diameter of 90 mm.
FLX-EPP-R distribution boxes are used in residential mechanical ventilation systems, where they function as a manifold that distributes air to individual rooms via semi-rigid ventilation ducts. In typical installations, one to two manifolds are used on the supply side and a corresponding number on the exhaust side.
Key advantages of the FLX-EPP-R-90 boxes
75-mm-diameter conduits are often chosen in single-family housing due to the ease with which they can be routed through thin floor or ceiling layers. In contrast, 90-mm conduits require more installation space but allow for a reduction in the number of channels in the system, which can significantly simplify its design and installation.
The introduction of the new FLX-EPP-R-90 model complements the existing range of manifolds designed for Ø75 mm ducts. This gives designers and installers even greater flexibility in selecting solutions tailored to the requirements of a specific project.
