To make a complaint about ALNOR products or services, please download the complaint form and fill in all required fields carefully. After completing the form, please send it with additional documentation (e.g. product photos) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org This is a dedicated email address for reporting complaints, which means that:
Within 14 calendar days, the Quality Control department will contact you regarding the way in which your complaint should be dealt with (therefore please complete the section asking You How should the complaint be resolved). For more information go to the Terms of Order Processing - Claims (p. 12).
The product can be returned within 1 month from the date of delivery; return packaging - MOBIL-RACK storage racks (for SPIRAL ducts transportation)are accepted up to 6 months from the date of delivery.
1. Download the return form (download pdf file) and fill it in.
2. Send the filled-out return form to the address email@example.com to arrange return conditions with the Quality Control department.
3. The products can be sent back only after You've received the confirmation and set the date of return with our Quality Control department.
4. Enclose the filled-out return form to the return of the products.
NOTE: We charge a restocking fee on returned items - this fee is related to accepting the return, verifying and re-stocking it. A 10% re-stocking charge will be made on all returned goods, with a minimum of 6 euros, unless otherwise agreed.
