CMVpro fans are purpose-built units for the efficient transport of non-dusty media containing aggressive chemical compounds. The use of polypropylene (PPs) for both the impeller and the casing gives them high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in demanding environments. They are the natural choice for fume cupboards, chemical laboratories, the pharmaceutical and food industries, and public utility buildings — anywhere contact with corrosive substances cannot be avoided.

• Impeller with backward-curved blades made of PPs polypropylene, injection-moulded and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940.
• Thermoformed casing made of PPs polypropylene (PPs-el and PVDF available as special versions).
• Motor base made of galvanised sheet steel.
• Standard LG90 configuration; any LG/RD configuration to order (16 mounting variants).
• Maximum temperature of the conveyed medium up to 70 °C (standard) or 60 °C (ATEX version); motor ambient temperature from −20 °C to +40 °C.
• Three-phase asynchronous motor, 230/400 V or 400/690 V, 50 Hz, with IP55 protection class and F insulation class.
• Suitable for frequency control — full performance across the 25–50 Hz range.
• Special versions available, including the ATEX version and belt drive.
• Comprehensive accessory range: check valves, drains, anti-vibration connectors, motor covers and burst protection guards, vibration isolators, wall brackets, frequency inverters and service switches.
