With a heat recovery ratio of 89,9%, SlimAIR is a modern heat recovery unit that fits perfectly homes up to 150m2. A capacity of 250 m3/h at 100 Pa. One key feature of SlimAIR sets it apart from the competition: it has universal mounting: horizontal wall mounting, vertical wall mounting, and horizontal suspended mounting.

Suspended heat recovery unit with plate heat exchanger

The HRU-SlimAIR heat recovery unit is designed for residential buildings.
The HRU has a capacity of 250 m3/h @ 100 Pa, generated by energy-efficient
EC fans. A plastic (PET) counterflow heat exchanger is responsible for heat recovery.
An ERV version with an enthalpy exchanger that recovers moisture is also available.

Built-in electric preheater protects heat exchanger against freezing,
wireless radio communication connects controllers and sensors,
and all of it is enclosed inside a self-supporting, insulating EPP casing.

HRU-SlimAIR can be installed in up to 3 positions, thanks to
a special condensate drain system.

Constant Flow (CF) Design SlimAIR air handling units optionally can be equipped with the Constant Flow system, whose task is to maintain a constant air flow in the installation. CF works by reading the difference between the dynamic pressure around the fan and the static pressure in the duct in front of the fan. The CF system constantly monitors the pressure in the ducts and if the resistance increases, it increases the speed of the fans to maintain a constant flow, such as on the first day when the ventilation unit was commissioned. During exploitation, the installation pressure is naturally disrupted (dirty filters, condensation of water in the heat exchanger, temperature difference changing the air mass). CF counteracts to those changes, thanks to which the airflows remain sustainable, and only a sustainable system takes full advantage of the air handling unit’s capabilities.

program the calendar and read additional operating parameters such as
temperatures, current fan speeds or the by-pass status.

G4 pleated panel filters creates a larger media surface area for air filtration and ensures lower pressure drops. Filters are classified as in the ISO Coarse 70% according to ISO 16890 standards.

F7 is classified as a fine filter according to EN 779:2012 norm and as ePM1 55% in accordance with new standard ISO 16890.

Smog filter with activated carbon

 

The smog filter is designed for effective filtration of the
so-called particulate matter. The PM2.5 and PM10 particles are
the main component of smog, which have an optical diameter
of 2.5 and 10 μm(micrometres). 

In the MOCarz-CA version prefilter I3 was replaced by an
activated carbon prefilter (or activated charcoal).

The filtration efficiency (removal) of PM2.5 particles reaches up to 73%, and PM10
particles up to 81% (according to tests carried out with a dust
particle measuring device). The smog duct filter consists of
a sealed filter box and two filters: prefilter and smog filter.
It is recommended to install a smog filter on the supply ducts
in domestic ventilation and heat recovery systems.

Round ventilation duct made of expanded polypropylene
(EPP). The most important features of the product are: rigid
construction, low weight, easy assembly (female coupling
on each element) and good thermal insulation. EPP ducts,
used, for example, as sections of the supply and exhaust
ventilation systems with heat recovery, do not require
additional insulation. The system eliminates the formation
of thermal bridges.
EPP ducts are manufactured in 0.5 m and 1 m sections and
diameters 125, 150, 160 and 180 mm. The standard wall
thickness is 15mm (gray colour). Available on request 43mm
thick (black colour). The duct is supplied with one female
coupling in the set.

The standard wall thickness is 15mm (gray). Available on

eliminates thermal bridges. The 90˚ bend can be cut in half
along the extrusion, forming two 45˚ bends (an additional
EPP-MSF may be needed).
