We have just released a new ControlAIR mobile app for the PremAIR, MinistAIR, SlimAIR and FlatAIR series equipped with the HRQ-GATE web gateway.
We are replacing the existing PremAIR app that has been with us since 2018.

If you already own one of our recuperators and use the PremAIR app, we recommend installing the ControlAIR app.
To do this:
Download ControlAIR from the relevant shop
Reset the HRQ-GATE bridge. Instructions on how to do this can be found below
Log in to the new application and follow the displayed instructions.
The ControlAIR application has a new architecture, a new cloud database and a faster and easier way to add devices (control panels and sensors).
Important: We will no longer support or develop the PremAIR application. The installed application will run for 3 months, after which time we will delete the data from our server.
