The new models are the HRU-SlimAIR-350 and HRU-SlimAIR-500, with capacities of 350 and 500 m3/h, respectively. Ceiling-mounted heat recovery units can be equipped with an enthalpy exchanger (moisture recovery) and a CF module (constant air flow). The maximum heat recovery for the HRU-SlimAIR-350 is up to 94%. The version with enthalpy exchanger (the HRU-SlimAIR-350E) is characterized by heat recovery up to 91% and moisture recovery up to 87%.
The heat recovery efficiency of HRU-SlimAIR-500 heat recovery units is up to 95.2%, and for the version with enthalpy exchanger (the HRU-SlimAIR-500E), up to 89% heat recovery and up to 85% moisture recovery.
Universal installation is a unique feature of SlimAIR heat recovery units: they can be wall-mounted horizontally, vertically, or suspended horizontally (HRU-SlimAIR-250 and HRU-SlimAIR-350). In the case of HRU-SlimAIR-500, this unit is designed to be either ceiling- or wall-mounted, vertically.
HRUs are equipped with pleated filters with increased filtration area, which generate low pressure drops. The filters are classified as ISO Coarse 70% according to ISO 16890. ISO ePM1 55% fine filters are also available.
Why is it worth choosing a SlimAIR recuperator?

HRU-MinistAIR residential heat recovery units are a new version of a well recognized model, based on a completely new design. Airflows of 250 or 325 m3/h and self-supporting casing made of EPP, acting as thermal and acoustic insulation at the same time. Counter-flow heat exchangers, made of PET, are responsible for heat recovery and enthalpic exchangers (E) recover moisture. In addition, the built-in RH sensor will take care of moisture level in the building. Left and Right version, together with horizontal installation, will allow you to adapt the unit to almost each project. Moreover, 56 cm width will allow installation in narrow spaces or wardrobes.
Wireless communication is used, likewise other series, both for controllers and IAQ sensors. Control is possible also via a mobile application.

SmartAIR heat recovery system with zoning is the most intelligent, efficient system on the market. Why is it intelligent?
The ventilation system works independently, based on readings from sensors. Besides knowing how many people are in the house, the system also knows where they are.
Thus, it provides the right amount of air at the right time and place. A situation like this can be achieved by zoning, i.e. by dividing the house into day and night zones in accordance with the natural cycle of the day of the household members.
Obviously, this is a simplified representation of how the algorithms may work. An intelligent HRV system requires sensors spread across multiple rooms to work (min. 2 sensors).
CO2, humidity, and motion detectors measure the air quality level (IAQ), as well as the presence of household members. Once they determine the air demand in a given zone, they send a signal.
As a result, the heat recovery system blows only as much air as is required by the residents, and not as much as the installer intended.
How about the most efficient system that uses as little energy as possible? Are you interested in smart technologies that minimize energy consumption? This mechanical ventilation system with zoning is the solution for you.
Control in the ventilation system with zoning is fully automatic. No resident interaction is necessary.
Installation needs to be adjusted only once. It will then regulate itself to meet the actual needs of the household. The sensor readings will be transmitted to the air handling unit in real-time, so the ventilation system operation will reflect actual needs.
Using that information, the heat recovery unit will deliver the right amount of fresh air at the right time and place.
As long as one of the zones is ventilated, the regulating T-piece sends a signal to the air handling unit to proportionally decrease the airflow, drastically reducing the electrical consumption. The reduced efficiency of the air handling unit reduces the power consumption as well as the energy used for heating.

The efficiency of the ventilation system with heat recovery does not end with the selection of an air handling unit. The air distribution system, including but not limited to ventilation ducts, plenum boxes and distribution boxes, is crucial for the proper operation of the heat recovery ventilation.
And since the lack of insulation is one of the most common mistakes when installing an MVHR system. Therefore, in our offer, installers will find already insulated EPP plenum and distribution boxes that solve the problem of missing or incorrect insulation.
Manifolds FLX-PLO-EPP-R are designed for use in domestic mechanical ventilation systems. They collect 75mm semi-rigid ducting, which is then distributed to the rooms. Typical installations contain from 1 to 2 such manifolds for the supply air and the extract air. Expanded polypropylene (EPP), the material used for the manifolds, is also an insulating material.
Why You should use EPP manifolds?
